The folks at Ireland’s government owned TV station RTE are hoping to boost their viewers this autumn by signing Georgia Salpa to a new TV program.
The model who has appeared on countless magazine covers of FHM this month across the globe, is flying back from talks in the U.S. with agents this week, and is said to be interested in developing her acting talents, following successful stints on the popular comedy series ‘The Republic of Telly’ last year.
Details of the new show are being kept mum by RTE, but a source tells the Irish Daily Star today that the model has already confirmed to do one episode and they anticipate that she will sign on for more.
The TV insider wrote: “Georgia has a new show coming up on RTE.
“She impressed the team behind the Republic of Telly with her natural acting abilities and is a huge draw with viewers,” they said.
She appeared regularly on the satirical show last year as comedian Bernard O’Shea’s oogling love interest and had a long running in show rivalry with Jennifer Maguire.
The skinny bronzed Irish model has her own line of false eyelashes and she has also appeared on ‘Celebrity Salon’ on TV3 and launched her career in the UK on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
In addition, the 27-year-old bombshell is said to be in talks in the U.S. to launch her own Kardashian style reality series.
“There’s been lots of talk between US producers and her agents in Ireland and the UK. She could definitely come away with her own show”, the source said.
