Imagine Ireland announces James Joyce Bloomsday walks in New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles!

Ulysses by James Joyce is the story of one man walking around a city on one day. The man was Leopold Bloom. The day, June 16th, has become known as Bloomsday, in celebration of his wanderings. This Bloomsday, Imagine Ireland invited you to walk through your park in your city and follow the journey of Ulysses and you can experience this on any day of the year.



Bring Dublin to life in your mind. Re-create the faces and places; the sounds and smells. Explore the streets of Dublin in an exploration of your imagination. Map your journey and personal experience against the universal.
